Obtain Holding and Transaction Statement
Click here to open a window for CAMS. Choose "Investor Services" and click under "CAS - CAMS, KARVY, FT, SBFS"
Follow these steps:
1. Enter your email id. This must be the same email id that you used when registering for the Mutual Fund. PAN is optional
2. Select whether you want a detailed statement (with Transactions) and period
3. Enter a password to guard your statement. Remember to note down this password.
4. Once the details are entered, the PDF statement will be sent via email to you. You can open the statement using the password entered at the website at Step-3. You need a reader to be able to view the PDF statement. If it is not installed on your computer you can get it here.
The Holding and Transaction statement will be received in an hour, but could take longer if there is congestion at the servers or if the request covers a very long period of time.
Obtain Instant Realized Capital Gains Statement
You can also choose to receive realized capital gains statements for the year from CAMS by clicking here and selecting Investor services, then Mailback services, then selecting "Consolidated Realised Gains Statement." Please note CAMS statements will include only HDFC, ICICI Prudential and DSP Blackrock funds from among SphereGreen partners. The realized capital gains statement is used to assess long term and short term capital gains in debt, equity or other mutual funds. This is often needed to file your annual tax returns.
